Return Eligibility  

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must accompany the returned product  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team  
  • Items failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted for return  

How to Initiate a Return  

  • Submit Request: Email your return request with Order ID and reason for return to info@wearforyou.in.  
  • Provide Evidence: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to enable faster processing  
  • Follow Instructions: After approval, we will provide step-by-step guidance to complete the return  

Note: Returns not adhering to these conditions may be declined at our discretion.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

  • Returned products are inspected to verify they meet return eligibility requirements  
  • You will receive confirmation notifying whether the refund is approved or denied  
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed  

Partial Refunds  

If a returned item only partially fulfills the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products  

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery  
  • Attach clear photos or videos of the issue and email them to info@wearforyou.in to facilitate faster resolution
